PRESENTING THE MUSIC OF
After an absence of fourty years, the New Yellow Dog Jazz Club was re-launched in January 2006 and is the only Saturday Night Traditional Jazz Club in the South of England.
The original Yellow Dog Jazz Club was held in the Bevois Valley area of Southampton at a pub called "The Portswood Hotel". Throughout its ten year existence, many musicians descended into its darkly lit basement to play the beautiful music of New Orleans.
It was at the Yellow Dog thet the famous Beaulieu Jazz Festival was conceived back in 1956.
WHERE WE ARE.
The New Yellow Dog Jazz Club meets on the last Saturday of the month, except for December, at the Fleming Park Bowls Club. This is in Kornwestheim Way in Eastleigh, Hampshire SO50 9NL, behind the Holiday Inn just off junction 13 of the M3.

We have a dance floor and a licensed bar serving real ale at club prices. the doors open at 6:30pm and the music is from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
The club operates a table and seat reservation policy as we are limited to 110 people. Advanced bookings are essential as many gigs are booked months in advance.
